Description
100 g of blackcurrant covers almost 260% of the vitamin C daily value. In traditional folk medicine these fruit are used in infections of the upper respiratory tract, as well as arthritis and rheumatism. They can be used as a support treatment with hair loss, and even as a compress for bites of mosquitoes and black flies.
They are recommended with anaemia, haemorrhagic diathesis, cataract, poor blood clotting, loss of hair and teeth.
