Description
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C. They also contain vitamin B2, B3 (niacin), A
and E, as well as phosphorus and silicon (they strengthen bones, have a positive effect on the skin, hair and nails), magnesium (responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system), manganese (prevents fatigue and improves memory), potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. In addition, they deacidify the body, lower the levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol, reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, regulate blood sugar levels.
