Description

Hippocrates compared the properties of grapes to the properties of honey.  
Grapes are rich in potassium, in phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, chlorine, zinc, copper and boron. They nourish the brain and regulate the activity of the nervous system. These fruit also contain vitamin A, which has beneficial effects on vision and B-group vitamins that relieve stress. They are also rich in iron, which prevents anaemia, as well as iodine, which regulates the functioning of the thyroid. Thanks to the fibre content, this fruit improves peristalsis.
