Description

The cherry also contains pectin, which accelerates digestion, reduces the level of "bad" cholesterol, helps to get rid of harmful toxins from the body. In addition, it seals the blood vessels and prevents high blood pressure. Cherries have antibacterial, detoxicating, anti-inflammatory effect and they regulate the acid-base balance in the body. Expert studies show that regular consumption of cherries can reduce body fat, especially abdominal.  Eating cherries protects against cardiovascular and heart diseases, inflammation of the arteries, anaemia, varicose veins.
